Let's Dive Into Shadow Work

Today, we're getting started with a healing modality called shadow work. I'm excited to introduce this to you because I have personally benefitted so much from this type of work.

Today, the focus is on meeting a part of you that we call the "addict self".

Have you ever felt like you were not quite yourself when you were in a porn binge and you only became yourself again once post nut clarity hit?

That was your addict self taking over. Your addict self is the part of you who wants to watch porn, regardless of your plans to quit.

The goal of today's exercise is to get in touch with that part of yourself and see what you discover.

Don't be too hard on yourself if you're unable to get in dialogue with your addict self just yet. It can take a few tries.
