If you choose to be. And I believe every man has this inner Warrior to call upon.

I also believe that every man is deeply motivated to not be a coward and the Warrior energy is the exact opposite of cowardice.

The Warrior says Bring it on! and faces the difficult situation up front.

A practical way to bring this attitude to your journey of healing from porn addiction is the Embodiment Method. We are leaning in to the difficult situations, not running away from them.

You are getting in touch with your body, the sensations, and identifying where exactly you feel the discomfort and the negative feelings.

And then you pay attention to these negative feelings and observe them.

That's the goal here. You just want to observe what happens when you pay attention to these negative feelings.

Do they change? Do they move up or down? Do they get stronger or weaker? What happens when you observe them?

Observing these feelings often leads to them fizzling out, but that's not the goal here. Don't try to make the feelings change or go away.

Instead, just courageously observe them, even if they are unpleasant, and see what happens.
