How to Get the Most Out of This Program

Our focus here is to heal, not just give up porn.

To do that, you need to trust the process that is laid out for you in this program.

I made the process as easy to implement as possible. The goal is to give you exactly what you need, so you can be completely porn-free and healed by the end of this program.

At the end of each lesson, I will give you a list of Action Steps you need to do after watching the lesson video.

Here are your first set of action steps:

Start tracking your porn free days and your masturbation free days separately
Add a daily appointment into your calendar for the next 21 days, so you know exactly when you'll be doing the exercises in this program.

A Note About Milestones 🏁

There are 3 important milestones you will reach during this program:

5 days of being porn free.
15 days of being porn free.
21 days of being porn free + healthy habits every day.

In the bonus module of this course, there are instructions for what to do if and when you reach these milestones.

When you hit each of these milestones, there are some extra recommendations I make, that help you further towards your goals. But it's important that you don't follow those recommendations if you relapse.

For example, if you relapse on day 4, you don't implement the 5 day porn free milestone the next day. Instead, you wait until you have a 5 day streak.

Don't worry if you don't hit these milestones on the first try. You'll get there eventually and it will be worth it.
